How long does it take to process an order?

Orders will be processed on a first come, first serve basis. We will make every effort to ensure orders are processed as soon as possible, and no unnecessary delays occur.

In most cases orders are processed immediately, often shipped the same day for in-stock items.

Please note that the availability may vary from a product to another and is indicated on the respective product pages along with the currently estimated processing time.


Although slight delays may occur during busy periods, order processing will begin as soon as possible and no later than 2 business days upon receipt, provided the items are in stock and there are no payment verification problems. Items are allocated to your order while it is being processed, once your payment has been verified. Therefore, on rare occasions stock may change by the time an order is being processed.

Once an order has been placed in our system, periodic emails will be sent to the email address used to place the order regarding its processing status. Within 24 hours of your order being shipped, you should receive an email that contains the carrier's tracking number(s).

To ensure faster order processing, we recommend shipping to the billing address. First time customer may experience a slightly longer delay in processing the initial order, to allow for credit card payment verification and security checks.
