Can I pick up my order in-store?

Please note that we solely accept online orders at this time.

The address located on Trans-Canada Highway is our head office. In stock products are shipped from our warehouses, which are located in the provinces of Québec and Ontario. These warehouses are not accessible to the public and we do not currently offer a pickup option.

On the other hand, our Free Shipping promotion applies to all orders totaling over $75 before applicable taxes and eco fees.

Most in-stock products are shipped within 4-24 hours following order receipt, while the specific processing time for each item may vary and is indicated in a green rectangle on respective product pages.
